Avocado Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of avocados (2 pcs small or large)
1/2 c of juice (lemon)
1 c of milk (condensed, sweetened)
8 oz of cream cheese
8 oz of whipped cream (Cool Whip)
1 pc of pie crust (Graham, 9-inch)
Instructions:
Combine avocados, lemon juice, condensed milk, and cream cheese inside the processor; blend thoroughly. Pour onto the pie crust and garnish it with whipped cream. Place inside the freezer for 45 mins before serving.
