Avocado Lime Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of avocado (ripe, large)
14 oz of canned milk (condensed, sweetened)
Grated lime zests
1/2 c of juice (freshly squeezed lime)
2 pcs of egg yolks (large)
1 pc of baked pie crust (9-inch)
1/16 tsp of salt
For the Garnish:
Avocado
Nuts (chopped)
Instructions:
Mash the avocado thoroughly. Combine the sweetened (condensed) milk, juice, and zests; mix thoroughly till mixture becomes thick. Fold the avocado on the mixture.
Transfer onto pie crust and place inside the refrigerator till chilled. Garnish it with balls of avocado and sprinkle freshly squeezed juice from lemon and nuts.
