Banana Breeze Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c of butter
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of crushed corn-flakes
8 oz softened creamcheese
A can of sweetened milk (condensed)
1 tsp of extract (vanilla)
1/2 c of bottled juice of lemon plus 2 Tbsps
5 medium ripened bananas
Instructions:
Have butter melted then add cinnamon & sugar in saucepan placed over low-heat, stirring constantly ’til bubbly. You remove saucepan from the heat then add flakes, blend well. Evenly press the mixture into 9″ pie plate then chill.
You beat creamcheese ’til fluffy & light. Then add extract & 1/3 c juice, stirring ’til thickened. You have 3 bananas sliced then line them in crust.
Pour your filling carefully into prepared crust. Have it refrigerated for 2-3 hrs ’til firm. Slice 2 more bananas then dip onto juice. Have pie garnished w/ slices of bananas.
