Bing Cherry Parfait Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
A box of cherry-flavored gealtin (small)
1 c of heated cherry-flavored syrup
A pint of vanilla icecream
1 pastry shell (9-inch); baked then cooled
1/4 c of ice water
A can of dark-sweet cherries; drained
Instructions:
Have gelatin dissolved in heated syrup then pour over ice water. You cut the icecream into 6 chunks then add gelatin-mixture, stirring ’til melted.
Have mixture chilled for 20-30 mins ’til it starts to slowly thicken & mound once spooned. Fold the cherries in then spoon in pastry shell. You chill your pie for 20-25 mins ’til firm.
