Blueberry Custard Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of blueberries (fresh)
1 Tbsp of flour (all purpose)
1 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of evaporated milk (canned)
3 pcs of eggs (large); beaten lightly
1 tsp of vanilla
1 pc of pie crust (baked, 9 inch); well chilled
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (425 degrees F). Place the blueberries onto the crust then set on the side. Combine flour and sugar; mix them well and slowly add the milk while stirring constantly. Stir till smooth them add the vanilla and eggs; whisk thoroughly till blended well.
Pour onto the crust over the blueberries; spread evenly. Sprinkle over nutmeg and cinnamon, if preferred. Bake inside preheated oven for fifteen mins. Lower down the heat (350 degrees F).
Continue baking for another 35 mins. Let it cool thoroughly and serve.
