Blueberry Bang Belly Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of flour (all-purpose) plus 3 Tbsps
2/3 c of shortening
2 tsps of baking-powder
1 tsp of salt
1/2 c of milk
4 c of blueberries
1 & 1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
Instructions:
Sift together your flour, salt, & baking powder, Cut in shortening ’til it resembles a course meal. Gradually pour milk in, blend thoroughly. Knead, roll & then fit 1/2 of dough into greased 13×9-inch pie plate.
Combine blue berries, sugar & 3 Tbsps of flour in saucepan. Have it cooked over mid-heat ’til bubbly. Pour over prepared crust then cover w/ the other half.
Have pie baked at heated oven ’til golden browned.

Blueberry Sour Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 c of flour plus 8 & 1/2 Tbsps
4 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1/2 c of butter; unsalted
1/4 tsp of salt
4 Tbsps of cold water
1 c of sourcream
3/4 c of sugar
3/4 tsp of extract (almond)
2 & 1/2 c of fresh blueberries
1/3 c of pecans; chopped
1 large egg
Instructions:
Combine 1 & 1/4 c flour, 1/4 c butter, 2 Tbsps sugar & pinch salt in processor. You add the water then mix ’til well incorporated. Have pastry rolled onto disc in floured working surface then fit in pie-plate.
Freeze about 10 mins then cover w/ foil & weights. Have it baked for about 12 mins at four hundred degrees Fahrenheit ’til set. Have the foil & weights removed once done.
Combine sourcream, 3/4 c sugar, 2 & 1/2 Tbsps flour, egg, extract, salt & bluebrries. Blend well then pour over prepared crust. Have it baked for about 25 mins ’til set.
Combine 6 Tbsps flour, 1/4 c of butter, & 2 Tbsps of sugar in pastry-blender. Have the pecans added, stir. Pour over your pie then bake it for 12 more mins ’til browned lightly. Cool.

Blue Bottom Ice Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of blueberries (fresh)
1 & 1/4 c of sugar (granulated)
2 c of water
1 & 1/2 c of Graham-cracker crumbs
1/4 c of cornstarch
1/3 c of melted butter
1 qt of vanilla icecream
2 Tbsps of orange-flavored juice
Instructions:
Combine 1 c sugar & blueberries. Blend cornstarch & water then stir onto berries. Transfer into saucepan then simmer ’til sauce thickens. Reserve half-cup of mixture as topping. Cool.
You combine 1/4 c sugar, butter & crumbs. Tightly press this mixture onto sides & bottom of 9″ pie pan. Then spoon over berry filling into crust. Scoop icecream above berry filling.
You beat the orange-flavored juice to reserved berry filling. Have this drizzled generously all over icecream. Freeze.
Thirty minutes prior to serving, remove the blueberry-pie from your fridge then thaw. Slice then serve.

Blue Meringue Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 baked pastry shell
A can of blueberry-pie filling
3 eggwhites
6 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1/4 tsp cream-of-tartar
1/2 tsp of extract (vanilla)
4 blue food-coloring drops
2 red food-coloring drops
Instructions:
Have filling preheated for 5-10 mins then carefully pour into pastry shell. Once cooled, top w/ blue-meringue.
Meringue: Have oven preheated to four hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Sprinkle cream-of-tartar over wggwhites then beat ’til foamy.
Slowly add in extract, food color & sugar. Beat continuously ’til glossy & stiff then spread this into pie. Heat in your oven ’til browned.

Blueberry Soda Cracker Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of sifted flour
1/4 tsp of baking-soda
1/8 tsp of salt
1/2 c of butter; melted
1 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of crushed soda-crackers
21 oz of blueberry-pie filling
2 tsps juice of lemon
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix baking-soda, flour, sugar, crackers & salt into softened butter. Spread one-half of this mixture into buttered 9″ pie pan. Have it covered w/ filling mixed w/ juice of lemon. You w/ rest of soda-cracker mix,
Have pie baked for 25-30 mins. Cool completely on racks then serve w/ lightly sweetened vanilla whipping cream.

Blueberry Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 & 1/2 c of flour (all-purpose)
6 Tbsps of sugar (granulated)
1/4 tsp of salt
5 Tbsps of ice water
8 Tbsps of low-fat margarine; chilled & cut-up
8 Tbsps of fat free margarine; chilled
5 c of blueberries
2 tsps of lemon-zest
1/4 c of cornstarch
1 eggwhite (large)
1 tsp of extract (vanilla)
Instructions:
Have oven preheated to three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine 1 tsp sugar, flour & salt w/ margarines, mixing w/ fork ’til mixture appears to be a coarsemeal. You add four tablespoons water & mix ’til formed into ball.
Transfer into lightly-floured working surface & divide it into 2 even portions. Have every portion rolled into 12″ rounds. You press a round carefully into sides & bottom of 9″ pie pan, letting some dough hang on sides then set it aside.
COmbine sugar, blueberries, zest, vanilla & cornstarch in mixing bowl, tossing to blend. You pour this mixture onto crust. Top w/ 2nd crust then seal sides decoratively.
Whisk eggwhites & 1 Tbsp water together then brush the pie’s surface. Sprinkle w/ extra sugar. Have top pricked w/ fork all over for vent.
Have pie transferred into bake sheet then bake pie ’til crust becomes golden & filling becomes bubbly (approx 1 hr & 15 mins). Cool completely on racks for 10 mins prior to slicing.

Blueberry Ice Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 qt of vanilla icecream
A pint of blueberries (fresh)
1 Graham-cracker crust (9-inch)
Thick whipped cream
Instructions:
Allow icecream to slightly soften at room-temp. Generously spread over cooled crust then place it in your freezer.
Slice into appropriately-sized wedges then garnish w/ sweetened & crushed blueberries. Pipe w/ whipping cream all over.

Blueberry Custard Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of blueberries (fresh)
1 Tbsp of flour (all purpose)
1 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of evaporated milk (canned)
3 pcs of eggs (large); beaten lightly
1 tsp of vanilla
1 pc of pie crust (baked, 9 inch); well chilled
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (425 degrees F). Place the blueberries onto the crust then set on the side. Combine flour and sugar; mix them well and slowly add the milk while stirring constantly. Stir till smooth them add the vanilla and eggs; whisk thoroughly till blended well.
Pour onto the crust over the blueberries; spread evenly. Sprinkle over nutmeg and cinnamon, if preferred. Bake inside preheated oven for fifteen mins. Lower down the heat (350 degrees F).
Continue baking for another 35 mins. Let it cool thoroughly and serve.
