Chicken Pot Pie with Herb Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of cooked cubed chicken
10 oz of packed frozen veggie mix
2 c of condensed cream-of-chicken soup
2 c chicken stock
1/2 tsp of dry leaves of thyme
2 c of buttermilk bake mix
1 & 1/2 c of milk
1/4 tsp of dry sage
Instructions:
Have veggies & chicken spread into 13×9″ bake dish. Combine stock & soups then pour this mixture over veggies & chicken.
Add rest of the ingredients then pour generously over the soup-mixture. Have pie baked at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for 50-60 mins ’til golden-brown.
