Creamy Apple Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 oz of apple-pie filling
2 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 prepared pastry crust (Graham-cracker)
1/2 c of pecans; chopped
1/2 c of milk; cooled
1/2 c of half-and-half
4 oz of Jell-o vanilla-flavored pudding
1 & 1/2 c of cooled whip
Instructions:
Combine cinnamon, sugar & filling in bowl. You add the nuts in. You spread 1/2 of this mixture into prepared crust. Have the other one-half mixture chilled.
You pour the half-and-half & milk into bowl then add the filling. Using a whisk, beat ’til well-blended. fold whip in. You spoon this mixture over apple-mixture in crust.
Let pie freeze about 1-3 hrs prior to serving then garnish w/ reserved apple-mixture.
