French Coconut Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of butter; softened
1.5 c of white sugar
1 regular can of coconut (flaked, 3.5 ozs)
1 Tbsp of vinegar
A tsp of vanilla-flavor extract
3 pcs of eggs; well-beaten
1 pie shell (unbaked)
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients ’til blended well. Pour in pie shell then bake over 350 deg F about an hour.
