Frozen Pina Colada Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of coconut-macaroon cookies; crushed
5 tbsps of butter; softened
20 mallows
1 c of Pina-colada (Hueblein)
1 c of heavy whipped cream
Instructions:
Combine butter & crumbs, mixing well. You press this mixture into sides & bottom of 9″ pie pan then set it aside.
Have mallows melted w/ Pina-colada on saucepan placed over low-heat. Cool at room-temp, mixing ’til smooth. Thoroughly fold this mixture into whipping cream then pour onto pie crust.
Freeze for hours. Thirty minutes before you serve, have pie removed from the freezer then transfer into your fridge. Garnish w/ mint-leaves & pineapples as desired.
