Makes-Its-Crust Coconut Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

1-3/4 c of white sugar
4 pcs of eggs
1/2 c of flour (self-rising)
1 tsp of vanilla flavor extract
2 c of milk
1/2 c of coconut
1/4 c of margarine or butter

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients first w/ the eggs, then sugar, flour, milk, margarine or butter, coconut and vanilla; blend well. Then, pour mixture into a 10-inch greased pastry pan. To finish, bake over 350 deg F about 45 mins or ’til golden-brown.
