Marshmallow Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of pumpkin (heaping)
1/2 tsp of salt
A pack of marshmallows (10 ozs)
1 Tbsp of butter (heaping)
1 tsp pumpkin-pie spice
A pastry shell (9 inch); baked
Instructions:
Put the pumpkin into a bowl over boiling water. Pour marshmallows overy the top. Then add butter, pumpkin-pie spice and salt.
Stir on low stove heat ’til marshmallows melt. Pour mixture into pastry shell and cool. To finish, serve w/ cream (whipped).
