Strawberry Cookie Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pack of frozen cookie-dough; thawed
1/2 c of icing sugar
8 oz of creamcheese
2 c of strawberries; sliced
1/3 c of cornstarch
2 c of strawberries; crushed
1 c of sugar (granulated)
Whipping cream

Instructions:

Fit dough snuggly into pan then press lightly to have it compacted. Briefly bake ’til golden.
You mix the icing sugar & creamcheese then spoon over cookie crust. Place 2 c of berries that are sliced above.

Have the crushed strawberries cooked w/ cornstarch & sugar ’til thickened. Allow to cool then you pour this mixture over the berries. You garnish w/ whipping cream.
