Tuna and Herb Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

8 whole-meal bread slices; remove crusts
4 large eggs
1/2 c of plain yogurt
3/4 c of milk
1 Tbsp juice of lemon
Ground pepper (black0
15 ounces of tuna in can; drained & flaked
2 small shallots; chopped finely
1/2 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 Tbsp of chopped dili

Instructions:

Have bottom of stick-free shallow 7×11″ tin pan lined w/ sliced of bread. Combine pepper, juice, yogurt, milk & eggs together then whisk well. You spread the tuna all over the slices of bread then sprinkle w/ shallots, dili & cheese.

You pour egg-mixture slowly all over then tuna then bake pie at three hundred degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 to 30 mins ’til filling sets. Slice into serving-size squares.
