Turkey Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of chopped turkey; cooked
10 oz of packed frozen carrots & peas; thawed
4 of shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1 c of celery; diced
1 c of mayonnaise
1/4 c of onion; chopped
1/2 c of softened breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp of salt
3 dash of hot-sauce
1/8 tsp of pepper
8 oz of crescent-dinner rolls
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients except rolls in mixing bowl, blend well. You spoon this mixture into greased 10×6″ bake dish then set it aside.
You unroll the dinner-roll dough onto 2 rectangles. You press the longer sides all together in order to create 1 large-sized rectangle.
Slice the dough to 3/4″ strips then arrange this as lattice over prepared mixture. Have pie baked at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 mins ’til browned lightly.
